Low & Slow

Class Length

45 minutes

Location

Active Health Reformer Pilates Studio

(Shop 12)

This class is designed to run at a slower pace.  It is suitable for beginners and clients who have never attended a reformer class before, or for clients wanting a slower more sedate pace. It does not include heavy loading, kneeling or standing on reformers.

 

It may be suitable for those with current injuries or underlying conditions but prior assessment is essential before attending class.

 

Grip socks are required for all classes. Available for purchase in our online shop or at the studio.

Morning Focus

This class focuses specifically on strength & conditioning of a specific area of the body (arms, abs, legs) with the added benefits of developing general flexibility and co-ordination.

 

Appropriate loose fitting fitness clothing (shorts and T-shirt), towel & grip socks essential.

Reformer Pilates Evening
(General)

Introducing an evening class with a focus on strength & conditioning with the added benefits of developing flexibility, co-ordination and most importantly, the core.

Appropriate fitness clothing, towel and grip socks essential.
